Spacious, elegant farmhouse featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 pull-out style sofas, 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining room, and a conference room. Sleeps 14 (can sleep 20 for an additional fee per guest).

Guests have access to the community area of Coldstream which includes the walking trails, lakes, and boats/canoes.

Towels and linens are provided in the bedrooms and . The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans.
