About the Role
The Summer Programs Director works January-August developing, implementing, and overseeing all summer programs, working remote January-June and onsite June-July (housing provided). The SPD is tasked with maintaining operational efficiencies, overseeing all staffing roles, managing youth camps funds (including scholarships), and directing the day-to-day life of camps. This role averages 15-20 hours/week of remote work January-June, followed by onsite work Sunday-Friday during actual camp programs.
Requirements
Must be a college graduate or 22 years of age
Must have at least two years of significant Coldstream experience
Must pass an interview process, reference checks, and background check
Must have reliable internet access, functioning laptop computer, working vehicle and clean driving record
Must be onsite throughout June and July program dates, and have open availability in April/May for 1 weekend
All paid staff must review and agree to our statement of faith and code of conduct.
